Complaints Procedure

We take complaints very seriously and deal with them quickly and courteously.

We will acknowledge the complaint immediately and give a full response within ten days. Complaints are referred to Sima Rahimi who will make the final decision.

 

If you are a private patient and are not satisfied with the decision you can refer to:
